About Us

Making Legal Planning Personal,
Practical, and Peaceful

At Make Your Will, we believe that preparing for the future shouldn’t feel like a burden—it should feel like peace of mind. We’re a boutique legal service dedicated to helping Australians take control of their legacy through personalised, in-home legal counsel.

Whether you’re drafting a Will, assigning a Power of Attorney, or setting up Medical Directives, we bring the lawyer to you—literally. No cold offices. No confusing forms. Just clear, compassionate guidance delivered in the comfort of your own space.

What We Do

  • Wills – Ensure your assets are distributed according to your wishes, with clarity and legal precision.
  • Power of Attorney – Appoint someone you trust to manage your financial and legal affairs if you’re unable to.
  • Medical Directives – Make your healthcare preferences known and respected, even when you can’t speak for yourself.
  • We serve clients across Victoria, New South Wales, and South Australia, offering a mobile legal service that’s as professional as it is personal. Our goal is to make estate planning accessible, respectful, and tailored to your life.

Founder’s Note

I’m Ishaan K Mehta—founder of Make Your Will

and a lawyer with a deep commitment to making life’s most important decisions easier, clearer, and more personal.

After working for two decades with Global Companies, I set up this legal practice with a focus on Wills and Estates. What I saw—time and again—was how often people delay or avoid planning for the future, not because they don’t care, but because the process feels intimidating, impersonal, or simply inconvenient.

The laws in Australia are complicated and not planning for the future could cost the estates a lot more than what it would cost to plan properly, well in advance and at the least, prepare your Will.

That’s why I create Make Your Will.

We’re not just a legal service. We’re a human-first solution for families, professionals, and retirees who want peace of mind without the hassle. Our model is simple: a qualified lawyer visits you—in your home, office, or preferred space—and guides you through the creation of your Will, Power of Attorney, and Medical Directives. No sterile boardrooms. No confusing paperwork. Just clear, compassionate counsel delivered where you feel most comfortable.

Whether you’re planning for your family’s future, protecting your assets, or ensuring your medical wishes are respected, Make Your Will is here to make it personal, professional, and profoundly simple.

Warm regards,
